  Sierra, I know you asked me to say hello to the ocean for you but I thought it would be nice if the ocean said hello back. On a very literal level this is just a jar of sand and shells but on a grander level, this is a tiny piece of a place, a wonderful place. I hate that I couldn't be with you on your birthday but I have brought you the beach, in its smallest capacity. You now have a tiny slice of the beach to take with you wherever you go. Be reminded this week as you prep for finals that all of your anxiety, stress, worry is merely sand to God, you only need to let it all fall through your fingers. Happy Birthday to my kind, strong and beautiful friend!
